Robert and Nicole Armbruster, Principals

Robert and his wife, Nicole, started their home building operation in New Orleans in 2001 and have since created NOLA Development, LLC. They specialize in the historic renovation and new construction of residential and commercial projects. Robert and Nicole pride themselves on preserving New Orleans’ unique architecture while providing homeowners with luxurious and modern amenities. Robert and Nicole are dedicated to bringing a new level of urban lifestyle living to the New Orleans area.

Robert graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree and received a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1997. Robert left the Marine Corps as a Captain in 2004 after serving over seven years of distinguished service. He has been a Platoon Commander, Company Commander, and served with an infantry battalion conducting combat operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Nicole graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1996. Nicole worked as a controller for ESPN Zone at their first location in Baltimore, Maryland. While living in San Diego she worked as an accountant for the prestigious Rancho Cielo, a real estate development company.

Robert and Nicole reside in the Uptown area of New Orleans with their two children, Isabella and Jackson.
