Randy S. Houghton, Vice President of Business Development

Randy is the Director of Business Development for NOLA Development. He focuses primarily on contract negotiations between NOLA and sub-contractors, managing material procurement with suppliers, negotiating price points with vendors, and developing commercial interest in our properties. He facilitates coordination of all these processes with the owners and site supervisors in the field.

Prior to Randy coming to NOLA Development, he worked for over 17 years in the investment business. His experiences range from developing and managing the top office for a nationwide securities firm in Baltimore, Maryland to founding and growing his own investment company in Southern California. Randy has been involved with raising capital for various individuals and organizations throughout his career, from private placements to well known initial public offerings. Randy brings a strong and diverse background and will use his experiences to further business opportunities within NOLA Development.

Randy graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Randy moved to New Orleans from San Diego last year and lives in downtown New Orleans with his fiancé.
